As many of you know, Alessi Realty Group continues to experience tremendous growth, and we're excited about the next phase of what we're building together.

To better support our agents and the opportunities ahead, we've recently expanded our leadership team with the addition of Kai and Mike as Agent Success Managers. Their primary focus will be agent recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, lead flow, open house strategy, shadowing opportunities, and helping agents build stronger businesses.

We've also brought on Austin as our Marketing Director, whose focus will be strengthening our online presence, enhancing our marketing systems, and helping generate additional lead opportunities for our agents.

Over the next week, our leadership team will be focused on bringing these new team members up to speed, aligning our systems and processes, and preparing to deliver an even higher level of support to our agents. Because of this, we will be pausing our regularly scheduled Monday through Thursday training sessions next week while we focus on implementation, onboarding, and building the infrastructure needed to support our continued growth.

This investment of time now will allow us to provide more hands-on coaching, stronger accountability, enhanced training, improved lead opportunities, and greater support for every agent moving forward.

It's an exciting time at Alessi Realty Group. We are building something special, and these additions to our team represent another step toward creating an environment where agents have the resources, guidance, and opportunities they need to grow their business and achieve their goals.
